2020 was a year like no other. This year marked our 12th year of work in Rwanda: a journey that brought water, hygiene and sanitation services to thousands of people across the districts of Rulindo, Kicukiro and Gicumbi. This report provides a quick summary of key achievements made between October 2019 and September 2020.
