End of Project Evaluation for Isoko y’Ubuzima – Final Report​

This Final Evaluation Report presents the findings, lessons learned, and sustainability assessment of the Isoko y’Ubuzima (Thrive WASH) Project, a five-year water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiative implemented in Rwanda from 14 July 2021 to 13 July 2026. Led by Water For People Rwanda in partnership with IRC, CARE International, Vitens Evides International (VEI), and African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE), the project sought to strengthen decentralized WASH governance, improve rural water and sanitation services, and enhance public health outcomes across Rwanda.
