A template of Water For People’s Public Institution Monitoring Survey. In Latin America, data is collected at every public institution in every district each year. In Africa and India, baseline data is collected at every public institution. Once the Everyone milestone for public institution level of service is reached, data is collected at every public institution every other year. In between years, data is collected at a random sample of public institutions. This generic template is customized by Country Program teams for each district.
