Lifecycle Costing Tools

As part of the national movement "Para Todos Por Siempre," the Water For People Honduras team and IRC developed a set of manuals for 5 lifecycle costing tools and a general manual that summarizes: Asset Registry, Historic Investment, AtWhatCost, Direct Support Costs, Municipal Financial Sustainability Card. These tools have been applied in 14 municipalities in Honduras, and the manuals describe methodologies and steps to apply each of the costing tools and how to interpret the results.
