District Consolidated Finance Tool

Water For People and Aguaconsult developed a consolidated tool that guides financial gap analysis for WASH services. The tool helps identify all related costs, expenditures, and the remaining gap to reach WASH targets per year. This template was initially designed for water services in Rwanda but can be adapted and used for sanitation services and in any country context.
